I'm sorry but I don't understand how to play the game. I really tried. What does Space do? move the ball and when the ball is in the air and hits the paddle, the paddle bounces back to the right side?
Hi sorry it wasn't clear! Space controls how strongly you hit the ball with the bottom paddle, and the objective is like pong - you don't want the floating paddle to go off screen to the left :)
Thanks, with this explanation I managed to pull of 11 gnops. Got quite lucky with the right kind of spin hitting it multiple times :)
Nice game! But maybe if the paddle, touching the ball, bounced only to the right, it would be better. But bouncing feels good, juicy sounds, charming art. Good work!
